Who we are

This website is operated by Air Freshener Marketing, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Air Freshener Marketing,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through airfreshenermarketing.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a free mock-up or quote, use the instant mock-up generator, contact us, or subscribe to our emails, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, business name, position, and phone number if you provide it, along with your logo or artwork files, the mock-up images you generate, and details of your request such as quantity, scents, and whether you'd like a scent sample pack or a Scan2Wash QR code.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use the site and which advertising brings in requests. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site.

If you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we store the ad click identifier (such as the Google Ads gclid), campaign details (UTM parameters, including the search keyword), the first page you landed on and the referring site in your browser for up to 90 days. If you submit a form during that time, those details are saved with your request so we know which campaign it came from.

On car wash promotion pages (Scan2Wash), we record when a QR code is scanned and when a plan is selected, along with the browser type, so we can report results to the car wash. We don't ask for personal information on those pages. Purchases and memberships are completed on the car wash's own checkout page and are governed by that business's terms and privacy policy.

How we use information

To create your mock-ups and quotes, respond to your questions, process and ship orders and sample packs, send emails you've subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time), measure and improve our website and advertising, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it: website hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and Workspace, including Google Sheets for managing requests). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing emails, contact us at info@airfreshenermarketing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

Data retention and security

We keep request and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
